Saxon Wilson was born with a rare genetic disorder called Cri du Chat (pronounced "kree doo shah") Syndrome on 27-09-2017.
We're raising funds to send Saxon and his parents, Wayne and Emma to the NAPA Centre (Neurological & Physical Abilitation Centre) in Sydney to attend a 3 week, intensive therapy program.
This program will be tailored to meet Saxons individual needs where he will undergo a combination of innovative therapies all under the one roof.
This unique program is only available in Sydney, Los Angeles and Boston and NAPA Centre have gained a reputation based on results, improving the quality of life for children with neurological and developmental needs across the globe.
This combination of intensive therapies will assist in giving Saxon the best possible outcome in life. He not only requires a lot of love from family and friends but ongoing intensive therapies as well.
The reality is these therapies are costly.
The cost is significant, $185 per hour for 3 to 4 hours a day over 15 days. We're looking at a cost of somewhere between $8,325 to $11,100 just for the therapy sessions with NAPA Centre.
Given the Wilson family reside in Newborough, country Victoria, additional costs are unavoidable like airfares, accommodation, etc. etc.
We're asking friends, family and the Australian public in general to dig deep for the Wilsons and help send Saxon to NAPA Centre and make a difference to his quality of life.
By supporting Moechella Festival you're supporting the Wilson Family and our goal of sending Saxon and his parents to the NAPA Centre in Sydney for treatment.
Rock on for Saxon!
